“The entire process from start to finish was so exceptional! Comfort Works really goes above and beyond to make the experience easy, transparent, and quick. I really appreciated the check-ins and reminders that made the shipment run smoothly. The cover for my old Ektorp armchair has transformed my entire space. I am now looking at what else I can cover!”

“The cover is great. Good quality. Fits well. However, the USB cord that came with the USB package does not fit in the cut-out fixed on the fabric, rendering it useless.”

Thanks for the feedback Mark! With the USB cord, it is a little tricky and the shape may seem a bit snug but it does require a little more force than expected to fit in. If you're still having trouble with this do drop us an email!

“A very mixed bag of experiences with this company. The good parts: - A convenient and economic way to renew your sofa - Fairly good and clear website, good fabric samples - Overall, the new sofa cover does its job well The negatives: - No printed instructions whatsoever - They produce an online video for your particular sofa, but then decide to post it in "fast forward" so you cannot see any of the details, even when constantly pausing and stopping the video. Some of the instructions on the video do not reflect what you actually need to do and are even in contradictions to this (as confirmed by the company when I enquired, clearly confused by said contradictions) - The one helpful and positive instruction is not mentioned anywhere - inside the different cover pieces, there is a label directing you as to which piece of your sofa that part goes to. - No instructions on how to install the USB addition - One of the cover pieces of my sofa was mis-taylored (the opening did not fit the slot on the matching sofa piece despite matching it correctly), making it virtually impossible to fit the sofa back together at the end. - Very poor communication. Replies can take days or even weeks, and often have to be chased by different channels (emails, messages on the website, chat, facebook). I am yet to receive replied to my latest enquiries.”

Thanks for the candid and detailed feedback! And apologies for the lack of instructions - the Manstad Snug Fit covers tend to be slightly more complicated than the other IKEA sofas and while we'd like to think that the video has been clear, we'll definitely look into how we can make it clearer. In terms of our communications, we'd like to be able to respond within 24 business hours but as of July 2020, we had been getting a lot more inquiries than usual so delays of a couple of days can happen -- if it had taken weeks, it's unfortunately on us overlooking the inquiry and we shouldn't have any excuse for it, so we're incredibly sorry that it happened to you. Nonetheless, this has been made aware and the team have responded to all your messages via email and Facebook accordingly in the last 24 hours!

“The cover for my Kivik 3.5 couch fits perfectly. The only bad thing is that the USB cable sent with my cover doesn't fit into the couch USB holders, but I guess we can give it other uses. The quality and color of the fabric are great, and the velcro sticks to perfection. I highly recommend these covers!”

“Customer service for this product was very good. However, the fit of the arm protectors we ordered is quite poor. Not only do they not extend the full length of the arms, leaving the back area exposed, they also don't extend the full height. Because of that, they do not cover all of the damage caused by our cat to our Karlstad sofa. So they don't do what they are supposed to do -- cover up damage/wear. Not worth the expense or the wait, in my opinion.”

Thanks for your feedback - we do see how the armrest protectors look like they would extend the full length of arms on the website, but generally armrest protectors are made to specifically protect the arms and not the back of the sofa. I suppose there might have been budget constraints but in the future (we'd definitely give you a returning customer discount!), we'd recommend getting the full set of covers instead in our claw-resistant fabrics -- it's definitely worked out well for me and my 4 cats!

“Compramos una funda para un Klippan de IKEA, ha quedado genial, le ha dado un toque clásico al sofa para que pegue mejor con nuestro salón, lo más importante ha sido tapar las patas feas que tiene el Klippan, y las costuras clasicas de la funda nueva son muy bonitas. La calidad es buena, ha llegado rápido y el contacto con Comfort Works ha sido muy positivo, volveremos a comprar en el futuro seguro. Cuelgo fotos, aún no hemos planchado la funda por eso queda un poco arrugado. We bought a Klippan cover from Comfort Works, we chose the classic option to make the sofa fit in better with the other furniture in our lounge which is more classic in style. The new cover looks great, the quality is nice, the fit is good and it covers the ugly Klippan feet, also the classic beading looks really great. I attached photos but we didn't get round to ironing the cover yet so it's a bit wrinkled. The delivery to Spain was quick and the contact we had with Comfort Works was positive, I will happily buy from them again.”

“It would have cost twice as much as a brand new sofa to recover my Pottery Barn sectional. They no longer make slip covers for my model, so I was delighted to discover Comfort Works had the exact dimensions. I am so happy with the quality of fabric and craftsmanship of my slip cover. The sofa and cushions were still in good condition, and I am delighted to extend the life of this sofa. It looks brand new! I am happy to conserve rather than waste a perfectly good sofa. Thank you Comfort Works! I highly recommend your company!”

“I'm so thrilled with my new sofa cover for my 15 year old Kramfors Ikea 2 seat sofa. I was sad that Ikea had discontinued this item as the cushions were still in great shape. In the middle of the Covid lockdown I decided to take a chance and see what I could find online. To my excitement, I found Comfortworks! I have loved the entire process. The communication has been wonderful. I ordered the Urban everyday Tweed and I absolutely love the colour and fabric. The value has been incredible. I feel like I have a new couch. THANK YOU COMFORTWORKS.”

“We wanted to upcycle our couch and we are so glad we found Comfort Works! Every dollar spent was worth it for the quality of the material and how great it looks. The installation was super easy, it fits like a glove. It really feels like having a new couch and we didn’t have to spend $2000 for a new couch and throw away the one we love and have had for over 5 years.”
