My order was delivered super fast (within 5 days!) and I am beyond stunned at the quality, craftsmanship, and beauty of the finished product. The slipcovers went on with ease. “I ordered a Soderhamn 3-seat sofa cover and footstool cover in the cotton canvas and I am so pleased with them! When they first arrived I was worried to see that they don’t have zippers to attach the cushions to the sofa/footstool body like the original covers but actually that grey suede-y fabric is there to create traction - and the cushions do NOT slip at all. I can’t believe IKEA didn’t think of that, I hated dealing with those zippers. On/off for washing will be so much easier now - no screws to remove. Shipping was super quick.”

Hey Julia! sorry to hear about the undelivered parcel. Very unusual for this to happen as most of our parcels do arrive at the delivery address. No need to panic, we're here to help! I see that one of our guys is on the case and has been in contact with you to get this sorted (and UPS has also filed an investigation), although you might not have been able to get a reply immediately as it was the weekend. If you could forward us the missing parcel claims ID that UPS provided you (or send us a copy of UPS's email for the claim), that would be super helpful for us in getting a replacement item out. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“Excellent work and customer service! I had miss measured the chair and Saulica from customer service contact me several times to make certain that the chair was properly measured! The cushions slipcovers were 2” too long so customer service asked me to have them tailored and they paid for the cost of the tailor!! Excellent craftsmanship, customer service and company. Will purchase from them again.”

“Very happy with my new slip cover for my chair and ottoman. The fit was perfect I actually like the way it fits better than original cover. I will defiantly be revisiting comfort works to replace my sofa cover.”

“I ordered slipcover in blue canvas for my Rowe Nantucket sofa and I am ecstatic with product sent. Workmanship is beautiful and cover with 6 cushions fit perfectly. Price made the deal even better because I would have had to pay almost triple if I had ordered from Rowe directly. I even received 2 pillow covers (was not expecting) . I paid over $ 300 for two previously (albeit different fabric). I am now considering ordering another set as am very pleased with complete product and process.”

“I cannot say enough good things about our Comfort Works sofa covers. We were looking for something new because the original covers we got with our Ikea Finnala were not great with our dog's wiry short hair, which got stuck in the fibers. We didn't want to replace our sectional because of the environmental impact and because we truly liked the size and shape. We went with the Everyday Weave and it is so much easier to clean the hair off. It fits really well and has changed the look of my sectional. We will likely buy another set in a different fabric so that we can change things up every few months! We did have some pieces that needed a little adjustment and I even thought about altering them myself (I am a sewist) to avoid dealing with customer service, but I am so glad I didn't! It was SO easy and customer service was amazing and it took very little time on my part to get the issue fixed. I will also say that, as a sewist, I can tell that these are very high-quality pieces that will last a long time!”

“Comfort works brings a professional level of service and customer care to couch covers, why? I'm not really sure how serious you're supposed to take slip covers but they take them more serious. From the people to the product I can't find one issue I had with this team. And the cover is everything we wanted! Thank you Comfort Works!”

“After we received the package, we stretched the new cover over our sofa yesterday. I have to say that we were quite disappointed because we ordered the version with a chaise longue and, as you know, the sofa and chaise longue are attached to each other with 4 screws. The holes for these screws are not pre-punched in your covers, so you have to cut open the new fabric cover with a carpet knife and scissors. I would expect more from a product like yours and therefore we cannot recommend your product.”

Hello Berkouwer! So sorry to hear our Landskrona sofa covers didn't meet your expectations. When we first developed the covers for this sofa, we faced a unique challenge as the original sofa had no covers. In hindsight, we didn't realise that the Landskrona modular units needed the clearing to allow the bolts to pass through. Wished we had caught this issue sooner but we appreciate you for reporting this to us. Our support team has offered a solution to redo the covers, allowing the bolts to pass through. You answered all my questions in a timely manner and when I eventually placed my order I had total faith that you would do a professional job... and you did ! I absolutly would use you again.
