“I love this product! This is my second time ordering a cover for an IKEA sofa (which now looks like a high end sofa!) So easy to install- it fits just right- no struggling with stuffing it in just to have it still look wrinkly- it goes on easily and looks original, not like a cover! Customer service feels genuine and personal too.”

“The covers are on the settee and fit extremely well. They are beautifully made and were also packaged and parcelled very well. Now you will think I am mad but would you check your accounts and make sure that I have paid as I cannot find your invoice in my bank accounts. Would you please check and email me a copy if possible. “Cover is great but it was a huge pain to put it on. Took over 5 hours, start to finish. It would be very helpful to have holes in the cover pre-cut for the screws. It was a little nerve-wracking to cut it and now to have to hope that it doesn't fray.”

Hey there, thank you so much for your feedback. We totally understand the struggle - especially when it requires taking apart the entire sofa piece by piece! We actually used to do as you suggest (pre-cut holes in the Friheten slipcover components), but that didn't bode well as the position for these screws actually differ slightly between each Friheten. This resulted in some of the covers being misaligned, so we stopped doing that. Hope this makes sense! “This is one incredible little company! Everything from shopping on their website until I received my package (and everything in between), they delivered impeccable customer service. “I was so unhappy with Pottery Barn’s customer service. They don’t back their products. I love my new slipcovers. The material is so thick and soft. They slipped on very easily. I will have to add some batting to plump up the pillows; but I expected that”

“I ordered the cotton canvas in white to replace my original white covers. This fabric is thinner then the original twill from IKEA and seems to attract every particle of floating dust so they always look dirty. The originals did not have this issue. I was so excited to be extending the life of my very comfortable ekeskog sofa and arm chairs, but disappointed at the price point for the fabric quality. Although it was a lot cheaper than buying new furniture, I'm not sure it was a wise investment. Its been 4 months since purchase and will just have to see how they hold up. I do wish I had gone with a solid colour since you can see through the white.”

“My order for fabric was projected to take 5-6 weeks. I think it was more like 10 days! When the package arrived I was surprised by the neatly folded fabric in a custom draw string sack accompanied by a hand written letter. Boy, did I feel special! It’s the little touches that make the difference. Thank you for caring!”
