“Comfort Works' slipcovers for my Rowe sofa and loveseat are terrific. They fit perfectly, the color is perfect and workers' attention to measurements, piping and kick pleats was topnotch and professional. Also appreciated the attentive communication with the company to ensure everything came out right. A 20-year-old sofa and loveseat now look brand new--and no toting a good basic sofa to the landfill.”

“This company is great! Was quick to respond to any questions I had including appropriate materials for pets to stop the covers from being shredded! Delivery was quicker than I thought, once shipped but apart from that, the time taken to complete the order was accurate. The price is worth it. My couch looks and feels brand new and will definitely be using these guys in the future if I want and/or need a new couch cover.”

“Good material but very very very disappointed by mistake I order the wrong covers,I want to surprise me husband with the covers I didn’t tell,and I did not have anybody to help me with the measurements, and now I found out that the exchange or return policy is no longer active,I don’t get this guarantee, the price maybe it ok for some people for me I work two weeks just to afford this covers which now I cannot use.”

“Comfortworks by far has the best customer service out of any company I've had to deal with. My slipcover had to be custom made as it is a PB sleeper sofa. They ensured my measurements were correct and kept me updated throughout the process. The fabric is an exact match to the sample that I ordered and fits perfectly. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.”

“I will always highly recommend using Comfort Works for slipcovers. I ordered a slipcover for my Pottery Barn Pearce sectional and it fits like a dream. It is absolutely perfect. Omar was wonderful to communicate with. He updated me every four weeks after my slipcover was in production. I will be ordering from you guys again! I couldn’t recommend Comfort Works enough!”

“La tela del sofá es bonita, pero estoy muy decepcionada por 2 motivos: 1) compré una funda clawproof antimascotas y mi gato desde el primer día arañó la tela como si se tratara de una tela normal. De haberlo sabido, hubiera pedido otro color, ya que la clawproof tiene menos opciones. 2) en la web dice que garantizan el ajuste perfecto de la funda, y en mi caso, la funda queda demasiado holgada y nada ajustada, formando pliegues. Les escribí para contarles el problema y me pidieron que les enviara fotografías, cosa que hice hace ya 2 semanas y aunque he vuelto a contactarles solicitando una respuesta, ahora no me contestan. Por el precio de la funda + los gastos posteriores de aduanas y aranceles de Fedex, me hubiese salido por el mismo precio un nuevo sofá de Ikea.”
