“Communication with Comfort Works was good. Also delivery time was as initially stated. I got information about the delivery happening shortly just when I was wondering when the product was going to arrive. I would recommend ordering fabric samples before placing your order in order to help you choose, which is what I did. Quality-wise the slip covers are well made, just one small defect was noticed on one cushion that does not affect the overall look as it is hidden.”

“Competenti e gentilissimi, anche nel risolvere i problemi su misure e modelli da ordinare. I tessuti sono di qualità nettamente superiore anche di quelli originali. In 3 settimane ricevete a casa (Italia) la merce, lo staff ti contatta per sapere se sei soddisfatto del loro lavoro. Io li promuovo a pieni voti!!! Bravo Alejo e bravi tutti!!!”

“The quality is great! It looks like a brand new couch, like I bought it just like this. The one thing that really disappointed me though is that the leather options are faux leather. The quality is great, but no where on the page does it say that it is faux. It wasn't until after purchasing, that I learned it wasn't real leather. That feels greatly misleading.”

Hey Lara, we are terribly sorry if you felt that we didn't provide enough clarity on the Savannah Saddle leather covers. It's actually accessible via the "Fabric Details" button on top of the fabric selector. That will show you the composition of the fabric/leather, a larger sample photo, and the care guide for it. :) However, this is great feedback and I will let the team know to make it more prominent. As for Savannah Saddle being vegan(faux) leather, that is how we are able to offer such an affordable price point for a whole set of leather slipcovers. Real leather would cost triple the price. “Brilliant service and product. Very easy from start to finish. I would suggest that customers take advantage of being sent a fabric sample. I didn't and was disappointment by my colour choice ... but it looks so good that I am working around it :)”

“I'm very happy with the new slip cover and it is looking great!! It fit very well, with a little bit stretching area near around the usb entry, but I don't think it will be damage with usage. If it was the area were we sit, then I would be worry about it.”

“I am thrilled with my experience and purchase from Comfort Works. I got the free fabric samples which helped me make the right choice. I have an old ikea sofa set which was in great condition except for the covers. After submitting my order I received regular updates, it got to me very quickly which I was surprised about because I am in Australia and fits better than the original set. I am super thrilled and would highly recommend Comfort Works.”

“I was so happy to find Comfort Works online. My old Ikea couch sorely needed a new cover and isn't being made by Ikea anymore. The new cover arrived this week and looks amazing. It's like having a whole new couch.”
