“Very good service - I asked them to change the delivery date to a date I was in town, and they responded quickly and did exactly as asked. The covers fit perfectly and look good.”

“no compensation for the inconvenience caused for the late delivery and to top this up I received a hidden charge from Fedex that was not mentioned at the order stage which was.”

“I’m on my second Comfort Works order and it was just as brilliant as the first! I bought a Karlstad cover to match my Allerum and am so very happy with both. It’s like I have a whole new sofa set! My family room went from drab to fab with a few clicks of the mouse. The order to receipt process is quick and the new covers are easier to put on than the originals. I would recommend to anyone looking to replace an IKEA sofa cover!”

“There we’re s lot of choices to fit the needs of my sofa. Comfort Works customer service and support is great. However be prepared to wait a long time for your purchase to arrive since it’s outside of the US.”

“The sofa cover for my IKEA Ektorp 3 Seater in Panama Black x 2 was above my expectations. I was absolutely thrilled with the excellent quality of the fabric, colour and cut. Customer service was fantastic. I would definitely purchase again from Comfort Works and recommend them.”

“Everything about the process was easy and done well. From ordering to communication throughout the process and delivery it was done well. And the covers I ordered are great. They are well sewn, they fit better than the originals and I love the colors.”
