“Paint chair slipcover is excellent! A very tailored look that completely refreshed my chair. The fit is perfect and it was easy to put on. Only suggestion is for better mail packaging. Package was precious to open without cutting the slipcover.”

“The covers are well made and fit well, my disappointment is the fabric. I picked the clawproof velvet as I have 2 young cats. However, it doesn’t look like velvet at all. It reminds me of an easy care fabric that nursing home furnishings would be upholstered in. I keep looking at my newly covered sofa thinking ‘well it will do’, but that wasn’t really the outcome l was looking for.”

Hi Claire, thanks for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We do understand that the general public perception for velvet is a fabric with a nap and most importantly the best way to mitigate this would be to always get fabric samples first to get a good feel and look of the fabrics in person :) Nevertheless, glad that the slipcovers fit well!

“I was so disappointed. The slipcover did not fit the chair. The part for the seat cushion was perfect. I could not get it to fit over the wings at all. I really tried. I mailed it back to you. Any ideas?”

Sorry to hear that - could you kindly send photos of the covers not fitting over your sofa? Slipcover products should also not be sent back to us without a verified confirmation from one of us, as our return address is not the same as per our sales office. Hope you get back to us soon at info@comfortworks.com.au !

“Really pleased with my new sofa cover. Fits perfectly. Nice colour, goes with the new wall colour and makes the sofa look as good as new, the old cover was very faded. Just need to try and keep the dog off it. Came quite quickly considering the distance it had to come and covid.”

“Great quality covers which fitted really well. Both material and workmanship met my high expectations. Once I've recovered from the trauma of trying to reassemble the sofa, I shall be able to look at it again with much pleasure. Thank you - I can definitely recommend you.”

“Comfort Works reached out to confirm measurements of my chairs prior to production to be sure the slip covers were the right match. Their customer service is excellent! I’ll need to steam the covers (that’s expected with folded canvas) but they fit beautifully.”

“You can’t see that it’s a run of the mill ikea couch. Very pleased with it. Quality of the claw-proof material seems good and feels nice to touch. Fingers crossed the cat doesn’t take it as a challenge.”

“Je souhaitais changer mes housses de canapé Habitat vieux de 10 ans. J’ai fait appel à cette entreprise et j’ai être très content du résultat. La rigueur dans le suivi, la disponibilité ont été très importants pour la réussite du travail. Mon canapé est comme neuf aujourd’hui et en dehors d’un souci de retard dans la livraison, tout a été très professionnel ! Je recommande vivement cette entreprise pour son sérieux.”
