“We received the cover pretty quickly (less than 15 days). It fits perfectly and the whole family loves the color ! The fabric is thick and soft, seems to be great quality. Thank you !”

“We ordered covers a few years ago and the quality was very good. So I decided to order a few more for a change to our IKEA sofa. The ‘look’ I was trying to achieve didn’t quiet work but no harm in trying. The covers are still of a very high quality. Although in terms of the two type of velvets I think my preference would be to go for the ‘classic velvet’ jus more velvety than the clawless version.”

“My Ekebol couch covers arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Its like having a whole new couch! Comfort works is the only place that makes covers for this couch, and I'm thrilled with the quality. I will order again and have already recommended them to my friends.”

“The covers arrived in good time (considering Covid and the fact that I’m in Oz). I appreciated the minimal packaging (less plastic) and the helpful labelling on each piece. The covers have, quite honestly, transformed my sofa. The fabric is excellent quality and has survived one spill and subsequent wash by coming out like brand new. Well made, perfect fit, worth every cent.”

“Slipcovers are lovely and made my years old IKEA couch look like new! I have yet to wash them so will add info once I do - the main attraction was being able to put them in the washing machine since I have a toddler. I love the orange color we ordered. Very high quality product.”

“The cover is great! We were thinking about buying another one for an another Ikea chair because this company is a excellent and affordable service that gives a second life to the furnitures.Great customer service also! We ordered some samples with the cover (for the other chair) and somebody contacted us right away to make sure everything was okay and if ordering the first cover was not in fact an error! Would recommend again!”

“They don't honor their return policy and sometimes their covers don't fit right. I would avoid the items with the trim because it just won't fit your sofa correctly and they won't exchange or refund you if it looks bad. Also, their images on their website do not accurately reflect the look of the sofa. The customer service policy has been a horrible experience. Literally, the worst I've ever experienced. Not the CS agent's fault as she's just doing her job.”

Hey Jonathan! We're bummed about not being able to help you resolve the issues you had with your slipcovers. Yes, we can't accept returns or exchanges due to the covers being made-to-order based on your style plus fabric combination, hence our approach to offering the replacements instead (which we had attempted to do so). We totally understand if you're still unhappy about this, but we'd like to keep the options (to fix your slipcovers) that were previously discussed with our customer experience agent open.
