“We loved out Stockholm 3 seater velvet sofa from Ikea so we bought a slipcover from them because we were concerned velvet could easily be damaged. It wasn't 3 years later that we needed to use it. At first, we thought it we'd spent too much money on the slipcover, but WOW! once we put it on, it was worth it. The velvet felt softer and nicer than the original. The fit was perfect. It was very tight and difficult to put on, but once you did, there were no wrinkles and shifting in the covers. Their service it excellent and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future. Oh, and their website is very helpful and useful, well designed, minimal clutter.”

“The couch looks brand new and expensive! Cannot believe how well made they are and for such a reasonable price. I need to buy a bit of stuffing to help fill in more work down cushions but otherwise it fits great. So glad I decided to order from Comfort Works.”

“Looks great, lots of help with the ordering and easy contact with Comfort Works. Guidance on how to measure and what products to get. Easy to get swatches and were accurate to the final product. Looks great, easy to fit, just need to get a fabric staple gun to fix underneath (we got a customised one) Thanks very much.”

“I purchased the emerald green velvet fabric to cover an ottoman. Prior to sewing it, I washed it on cold and then air dried. The fabric came out ruined. It got stretched out and has permanent wrinkles. Even after steaming and washing again, I could not remove the wrinkles. DO NOT BUY the velvet fabric if you plan on washing it (which I think defeats the purpose of the cover). So happy that I did not purchase an entire sofa cover in this material”

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear about the issue experienced with our Classic Velvet Emerald -- this isn't something we're aware of actually, as all of our customers haven't had this issue with their slipcovers. We're not sure if this is an isolated case with it simply being just fabric (as opposed to being a structured cover), so if you could send photos to us we'll work with you on resolving this further with you. “Very happy with our linen armrest covers for our PB Comfort Sofa. We ordered fabric samples first to make the right choice of fabric. The samples request and the subsequent cover order were shipped quickly. Excellent communication throughout the process. So pleased with the quality and to receive our new armrest covers in time for the holiday season. We plan to order a second set as a back up. Highly recommend this service!”

“We are so pleased with our slipcover! We needed a solution after our cat went after our new chair and the slipcover is kitty friendly and makes us feel like we have our chair back. Be patient with how long it may take-it takes time for a quality product!”

“I am a returning customer and was already impressed by the quality of our first slipcovers. They are still perfect after 3 years, but we decided to change the color palette this year. The new covers are in high-quality linen and look soooo sumptous and chic. I could not have asked for more!”

“Great product! I love my ancient IKEA Hovas chair, but 10 years of cat scratching and a new color scheme for my master bedroom necessitated a change. I ordered my Comfort Works replacement cover, and it arrived exactly on time in great condition. Fits like a glove, and voila: my old chair is new! Looking forward to using them again in the future for some other IKEA pieces!”

“I ordered the farlov 2 and 3 seater covers. Customer service is amazing. I noticed after I ordered that I made a mistake. I emailed them and they fixed it immediately. I was worried they would take a long time to ship once they were done, but they were in China on Monday and on my couches in Nebraska by Thursday. Amazing!”

“My Pong Chair and footstool cover arrived within 5 weeks and they are perfect! The chair cover has the correct shape, with the sides of the cushion sewn, rather than the common 'pillow case' or slip cover style offered by competitors. It was money well spent to have fresh, clean chair and foot stool cover. The gold color is lovely, not too bright, just right. Thank you, Thank you. I'd definitely order again from Comfort Works.”
