“Thank you Comfort Works my Uppland IKEA chair covers are perfect. You answered all my questions in a timely manner and when I eventually placed my order I had total faith that you would do a professional job... and you did ! I absolutly would use you again. I have three RH sofas that at some point in the future will need new lose covers and I know I can trust your company to do a first rate professional job :)”

“Confort Works est une excellente entreprise. Un grand choix de tissus que l'on peut recevoir sous forme d'échantillons. Un système sophistiqué pour communiquer les mesures. Une confection rapide. Une livraison aussi très rapide. Tout au long de la réalisation de mes housses j'ai été accompagnée par mail, par Lisa Lim. Les échanges ont été très courtois. Les prix sont en rapport avec la qualité des produits proposés. Bref, je recommande 🙂”

“I sometimes think our Petrie Mid-Century sofa from Crate and Barrel will last until the middle of the next century! Very sturdy and comfortable, overall. But. The fabric had become sun-stripped in places and was never very comfortable, due to a rough, itchy feel. Our Comfort Works slipcover in Cream Chenille is beautiful and soft. The sofa looks new and feels so much better to the touch. I'm impressed that the cover fits so well it looks like upholstery. We absolutely love it--it was worth every penny. A face lift for our living room! (And washable, too…) Quick delivery--highest recommendation, overall. A big thank you to the artisans at Comfort Works!!”

“I am so totally happy with my new slipcovers for my Pottery Barn sofa and chaise. My sofa and chaise was purchased on April 2004 and is almost 20 years old now. In fact, Pottery Barn no longer makes my chaise and sofa combo. Comfort-Works made my slipcovers that fit perfectly, the color is exactly what I wanted, and the material is is very high grade. I live in the northeast of the United States so this was amazing to me that they were made, shipped, and received by me within 8 days. Comfort-Works kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.”

“Excellent service-order was filled promptly and quality of product is excellent. I actually like this cover better than the original ones from IKEA. It is soft and silky and feels lovely. Looks great. My 18-year old sofa has a new life!”

“Great communication with the company. I ordered arm covers for my sofa. Nice selection of fabric. I had trouble uploading info but I was able to communicate that thru email. And the product came very quickly with frequent notification from the company. I will be ordering again.”

“Great cover for soderhamn sofa 1 seat and 1 chaise. It fits like the original one very snug. The green velvet material was the same as the free samples ordered. It also takes very well to cat claw so far, being able to get it back to clean velvet texture with one of those gloves for cat brushing. The delivery estimate given before the order was on point. The free sample though had no tracking number and it was a bit of uncertainty when/if they arrive.”

“Comfort Works is the solution for sofa, love seat, chair and foot stool longevity! I am a designer and have used this trick for years. If you have a slipcovered sofa, love seat, chairs or a foot stool and you truly love it, buy a second set of slip covers to get a second look and extend the life of the slipcovers by switching the slipcovers out every so often. Or if you love your existing couch, but the slipcover looks tired, chances are, Confort Works makes a slipcover already for it or they can customize one for you. It is so much easier than you think to work with this company, even though they are in Australia! I received the best customer service, I have ever had, through a representative named Mark N. He was so attentive to my questions, answered every one of them, sent me fabric samples and even tweeked my order when I by mistake, put a wrong item into my order. Mark made sure everything was just right. I am absolutely blown away by the quality and fit of the fabric of the 2 couch slipcovers, foot stool cover and arm rest covers I received. Comfort works exceeded my expectations in every way and I want to tell the world how great they are. You can't beat their quality pricing and customer service! “Michelle was very helpful through the process of measuring my couch and designing the slipcover. The slipcover turned out great and fits well. The fabric is durable and stands up to the wear and tear from my dog. There were quite a few color choices. I got the silver sage in the cotton canvas which turned out nicely. Also, the price was reasonable and the production time of the slipcover was quite short.”

“They have false delivery times between their checkout and website. I paid for express samples which is supposed to be 3-5 business days, but when they emailed me they said it's 10-14 business days. When I pointed this out to them and told them I was no longer going to be at the address they sent as I'm moving into our new house, they told me they cannot issue a refund. Scammy company that I can't believe is rated so well. Lost my trust easily.”

Hi Was Im, sorry to read about the shipping information being conflicting. The estimates are technically still valid based on what's reported on the checkout page, and that is specific to the destination country of your delivery address. The information we mentioned via email is also technically true as we're citing this from the general shipping time information that we have on hand, which is a conservative estimate taken from shipping times to all countries. Unfortunately, the samples were already shipped by the time you contacted us to cancel the order, so it was already too late to recall the parcel at that point.
