“I seriously never had such bad customer service. The covers came too big. The quality is a huge rip off compared to the prize we paid. They simply don’t look good as they’re too big and after only a couple of weeks time I’m super unhappy that the material is already peeling. We were wanting to change the covers to another one which even meant a higher prize change for us but they didn’t let us unless we would pay a 30% fee and take care of shipping cost to give back a bad quality product. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!”

“We recently ordered a slip cover for our westelm eddy loveseat that our pets had damaged over the years. We loved the style of the loveseat and didn’t want to just put it in a landfill. Our new slip cover arrived a few days ago and it changed the way our living room looks, and helped us fall in love with our couch again. The pets love lounging on it as well. And the pet friendly leather is holding up far better than the original fabric ever did.”

“We ordered new covers for our Ikea Ektorp sofabed from Comfort Works and received them in the mail earlier this week. They fit very well, and we are very pleased with them. We didn't have to send measurements, since they already had them for this model. The quality is good. It's almost like having a new sofa! The price was similar to what I would have paid at Ikea (which no longer sells them), and we were kept well informed about delivery, etc. We are pleased with both the product and the service. Would definitely recommend this to others!”

“Comfort Works transformed my 13 year old sectional sofa from sad and shredded to crisp and beautiful, rescuing it from a landfill and me from spending several thousand dollars on a new couch. I worked closely with Omar Benosa over several months to get the exact measurements necessary to complete the slip covers. All the time and effort was 100% worth it and I highly recommend Comfort Works to those who enjoy beauty, comfort, and saving the environment. Your sofa deserves a second act and Comfort Works is the company to make it a star all over again. Pamela K.”

“I have 2 cats and one of them loved yo scratch on my dads arms and no matter what I do I can’t stop him so when I found your website I was very happy, I would have had to but a new sofa otherwise The arm covers are well made and are an exact match for the original fabric . The price was reasonable. Communication was excellent , I was kept in touch all the way through the process , your customer service is excellent . I would but from you again and would definitely recommend you to my friends . Good job !!!”

“I don't usually write reviews but I just finished putting new slip covers on my old worn sofa and cannot believe how good it looks. Delighted with the quality and fit of the product. Would also highly recommend the Company as the customer service (Naomi) was very efficient and helpful when I had queries over dimensions etc. Easy process from order to assembly (you might need someone handy to unscrew and put back together if not that way inclined). Delivery to Western Europe was timely, approx. 6 weeks which is amazing considering we are in the midst of the covid pandemic. Money well spent and I really hope they are still in business in the distant future when I need to update again. It is great eco friendly and cost effective option. We have a busy house with dog, cat, baby on the way and knew we needed hard-wearing so went with Kino Charcoal, pictures don't do it justice. Thanks again and keep up the good work!”

“Really nice fabric and a lovely colour. They have revived my old sofas which were worn and faded for a lot less than buying new sofas. As I am from UK I was a bit worried as they were coming from afar but I am delighted with them! ( for any UK customers - you will owe FedEx £22 approx in import tax)”
