“Comfort Works and specifically Mark did a fantastic job making things right when my covers didn't quite fit at first. The claw-proof velvet is not only practical, but totally ties my room together in a way the original Ikea basic covers could never. The covers are also very high quality. I'm extremely happy with my choice and I'm looking forward to ordering more in future.”

“One word - GORGEOUS! I ordered a PB Buchanan Square Arm Grand Sofa Slipcover in Textured Weave fabric in Frost. It arrived a day early (undamaged) and FITS LIKE A GLOVE! I recently bought new living room furniture and the color/fabric of my existing sofa didn't go well with it. Rather than spend money on a new sofa, I decided to purchase a slipcover instead. It saved me $1,700! The cover was very easy to put on (no stretching required), the material is extremely high quality, and the color matched the swatch perfectly. I was concerned about taking measurements as I've never done this before. Sulaica and I exchanged a few emails to ensure that they were all accurate. SO FRIENDLY AND PATIENT! I absolutely couldn't be happier! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS, COMFORT WORKS!!”

“Second cover we have ordered- have one in performance weave which is ultra soft and the textured weave which feels great too. We needed special cuts on one to fit a unique configuration and they worked with us in the included price to send them to fit. I will say that one of the couch's seat cushions were too big on arrival. They did recommend washing them first and then of course they fit perfectly. Have ordered from another company before and their fabric degraded quickly over time. Comfort Works is muuuuch better. These covers really elevate an ikea couch”

“Received my new covers happy enough with them . A few of the seams not well finished they are puckered . Overall happy with service and the fit of them but expected a better finish for the price I paid”

“BEWARE!!! Received a cover in the fall of 2022 that was too large for the sofa. I spoke with customer service and told them that I didn't want to go through the additional stress of the custom measurement cover and I preferred to either return for a refund or exchange for a different color that would not exaggerate the bagginess as much as a darker color. Customer service department and I agreed that they would send a new cover in a different color rather than the hassle of a custom cover. Well time after time I still got asked for custom measurements. I provided them, then was asked for more, and more, and more. When it seemed like all of the measuring was complete, I never got a replacement cover. I keep getting told that my cover is being produced and I will be notified of shipping. Well, SEVEN MONTHS later I still have nothing to show for the $450 I spent other than an oversized cover that sits in my basement. This is so sad because even if by some miracle a cover does arrive someday, I will never be able to buy matching covers for my armchairs from this company. Trying to figure out if I can dispute this with my credit card company at this point. Would give zero stars if I could.”

Hi Kimberly, I'm really sorry to hear that you've invested so much time and effort to work with us in getting the replacements of your sofa covers but they're still not quite done yet. Although the troubleshooting process does take some time, there's no denying that having it go past the 6-month mark when you're actively speaking with us is not the ideal way to go about it. I've already reached out to you separately to propose a different approach to getting this resolved; we're still looking at replacing them for free but without the hassle of more measurements needed from your end. Certainly hope you'll give me a chance to get this sorted for you. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-
