“Slipcover arrived promptly and fits like a glove. Friends are surprised it's a slipcover. After a lot of trial and error, we figured out how to put it on. (We couldnt find any guidance at the time. But we learned that the strong construction holds up to lots of pulling and tugging!) Alas, we couldn't tell from the sample that the color "sand" is a very greyish beige, clashing with our area rug and wall color. I've tried decorating around it, but now, 8 months out, I'll be ordering a new cover and putting our LR back the way it was!”

“Yes, thank you I finally received my sofa cover. Unfortunately I will have to wait to see how it looks, as I am away from home until September. I had hoped to receive the cover much earlier but it didn’t happen, this time it took forever. So, I look forward to putting it on in the Fall. If it’s like my first one it will look great. Stay tuned for later this year. 😊”

“Slipcovers are great quality. I ordered one custom order and another standard to fit my Pottery Barn York Slope Arm sofa. Both fit well, although I would say the custome made one fits a little better. Overall good & I will be ordering from them again.”

“Very good service. I ordered an armchair cover first and wasn't sure if the also ordered sofa covers would really match (fabric was slightly different compared to digital preview). They sent me the fabric models for free very quickly, so I could make a new choice. Great! I like the texture and colour very much (Textured Weave Sand), though it is a bit darker than experienced. Fit is alright, it seems to have some more fabric than needed at some parts and a bit too less at others. Might also be due to the somewhat misshaped figure of my Ikea Lycksele sofa. All in all - highly recommendable.”

“La consegna è stata super rapida: in 4 giorni ho ricevuto il mio pacco e conteneva pure un biglietto di ringraziamento personalizzato! Vivo con 5 gatti ed ho scelto il tessuto anti graffio che per ora è intatto! Facile e intuitivo il montaggio e si lava molto bene. Unica piccola pecca il colore del tessuto: dal sito sembrava un bel grigio omogeneo, invece si tratta di una specie di mosaico di grigio chiaro e grigio scuro che lo fa apparire un po' "cheap".”

“We purchased the Crate and Barrel Lounge II 83" Sofa Slipcover in Minimalista Textured Weave Frost. The delivery was fast. The craftsmanship of the cover is great, and the fabric is highly durable but not soft touch. However, the color was slightly different from what was shown in the picture; it had more of a blue tone. Fortunately, we're not too particular about the color difference, but we would have preferred it to match the image exactly.”

Hey Yus! Glad to hear about how the covers turned out. We do try our best to get the rendered images to display the colours as accurately as possible, but even then, the way they appear on screen will vary from device to device. We'd recommend getting some fabric samples (https://comfort-works.com/pages/fabric-samples) to see the swatches in person. “I ordered a custom slipcover for my sofa. Comfort works sent me a guide on how to measure the entire sofa frame and cushions. I was very nervous about it fitting and I had some questions along the way but they have very responsive and friendly customer support that guided me through the entire process. The cover was delivered in a timely manner and overall it is a little loose, but it fits great. The cover should get a tad more snug as it is washed so I'm glad it was a little roomy. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that placing the order on their website and creating an account wouldn't work and so I ended up ordering it directly through customer service. Uploading photos of my sofa frame to their website was also not functioning well but after several exchanges of emails again with customer support, it was all resolved. I am happy to have a new look for my sofa.”

“Received my new covers happy enough with them . A few of the seams not well finished they are puckered . Overall happy with service and the fit of them but expected a better finish for the price I paid”

“Hello, I ordered the cover for the ikea Karlstad couch and need to say that the cover looks even better than original :) The garments are really nice and great to touch or sit on it and most important ist that it's fit like original! Would recommend it to everyone who is searching for a new 2nd. Life for his couch!”

“Das Material ist sehr gut und angenehm, auch optisch gefallen uns die Sofas jetzt wieder sehr gut. Mit der Passform hatten wir allerdings Probleme, vor allem im unteren Bereich der Rückenlehnen, daher war das Anpassen etwas schwierig, zumal wir hier ein Klettband vermissen, das hatten wir an den Vorgängerbezügen und war einfacher zu fixieren. Dafür hätten wir gerne auch etwas mehr bezahlt!”

“I really like the quality (white cotton for the 3er Karlstad) and it’s very easy to put on the sofa. The sides are not separated from the corps (as it is for the original IKEA cover) which is easy to put on but does allow more movement. In general the fit is a bit loose (approx 1cm in total per length) which might be very helpful once it’s washed (cotton is naturally shrinking if not pre washed). So maybe it’s better to wash it before putting it first on. The shipping was fast and the product nicely packed. There is a lot of service-mail communication as the product is made by order and therefore cannot be returned. They also reach out proactively for feedback after order has arrived. On my view, very helpful and professionell.”

“Qualität and cut was good A little bit loose , not so tight as original textile. For deliveries to Germany I would recommend DHL or UPS. FedEx is no good in Germany”

If your slipcovers are too loose, we recommend giving them a quick wash (machine washable at cold temperatures, drip-dry in shade) and re-fitting them onto the couch when still slightly damp. However, if that doesn't solve the problem, please kindly snap some pictures and send them over to us via email to info@comfort-works.com.
