“Had a insulated ceiling put in and the two fitters did an excellant job and so far definetly cooler during this summer, an extra bonus is that we hardly get a fly in the conservative now where as before we had dozens ??????”

“Initial contact made following search and visits by numerous companies, this company met all my request with no hard sale tactics. Very reasonably prices New roof fitted the two men who attended polite and tidy at all times. Explained everything whilst installation was done. The site on completion was left very tidy and all removed and scrap material taken away. The conservatory now is more useable, cooler then it was during the day and warmer overnight. The lighting system chosen by us and fitted by them is just right. Since the date of installation have called them once they attended and fixed the problem immediately, nothing to do with the roof itself very slight problem with the guttering. Would highly recommend this company for any one considering changing there conservatory. They even sorted out the building regulations for me. Have been told that it has increased the value of the house especially now the building regulations certificate has been received.”

“We are delighted with our new conservatory roof,,, very efficient superb work ,, Richard and Michael two of the nicest lads ever and worked extremely hard in such a short space of time,, has transformed our cold winter conservatory and extremely hot summer one into a comfortable garden room just beautiful.. would definitely recommend”

“The work was completed within the day in a very efficient way. I find the conservatory in winter is much warmer and during this very hot summer as remained , at the highest (25 degrees) which used to be over 30 degrees...A few days later I was visited by a member of the company to check how the work had been done... I told himI was very satisfied with my new 'tiled-roof' and would recommend the company to any who asked.”

“After an initial unhelpful dialogue with the company the issues were resolved and we now have a fine new hip-roofed kitchen extension roof. This is beautiful and has almost eliminated draughts caused by the previous leaking flat polycarbonate roof and ill-fitting doors. The extension is much cooler in summer and quieter when raining or hailing. All in all we are very pleased with the new roof.”

“I am delighted with my conservatory after having the tiled roof completed. The room is used more and stays cooler than it otherwise would have done before the work. Internal ceiling with the white reflective paneling lets in light and feels more like an extension to my house as currently using as a dining room. The guys that carried out the work in 3 days worked efficiently and cleared up any materials left over including the old Poly-carbonate roof. I was recommended by a friend to contact Comfortable Conservatories as she had the internal ceiling paneling, but as yet she has not received the £50 which I hope can be resolved soon as I would love to recommend to others.”

“We were delighted with the modification to our existing conservatory by Comfortable Conservatories. The fitting crew were 1st rate and as an Engineer, I found them to be very precise. They were considerate to our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said for the Installation team, as during the alterations several modifications were asked for and completed. This has resulted in a brilliant day/extension room now and has added value to our property. A job very well done.”

“Very happy with the two men who came and did the work. They were helpful and one of them even drove back to pick up a missing part in order to complete the work. Our new insulated roof has totally transformed our old conservatory . The men cleared all the rubbish away! We were told it would take 1.5 days and it was finished within one day. Normally I would have been delighted with this but it had its draw back I am sad to say and others need to be aware of this. We were not entitled to a discount because we don't have online banking and couldn't pay on the day of completion to gain this offer. I had planned to go to the bank the following morning which I was told would be the day of completion to pay in order to get a discount. We felt disappointed and treated unfairly by the Manager who I tried to explain the situation to the next morning and he was not at all understanding or flexible regarding the situation. It was not our fault the work took less time than we were told.”

“We are very disappointed with the way this contract was carried out, over 1 day instead of 2 although we got some compensation for the way our conservatory was left. It seems on the day of work, once the labourers were on site 10.30am you only seemed to worry about when the account would be paid in fact 3 phone calls to check this out, also the labourers telling us to pay, when it quite clearly states on the order form payment on completion but the job was not fully completed, the labourers left at 7.00pm saying that we would have to finish it ourselves. Then low and behold 9.30 the following morning you were pestering/demanding money once more. In light of all this I would not recommend your company to friends or relatives as I would not put them through this embarrassment or despicable attitude towards your customers. We are now awaiting Head Office to visit but are not holding our breath.”

“Overall the work (one new brick wall and a replacement roof on our conservatory) was undertaken to a good standard. One area that I am not completely satisfied with is the joint between the plastered walls and the UPVC roof. There are unsightly gaps which will require filling with a silicone filler the whole way around the ceiling / wall joint.”

“Whilst we had a few problems with the work of one of the original installers, the owner quickly came down and rectified any concerns we had. Indeed spent a considerable amount of time going over areas we could not see to ensure everythong had been done correctly. The finished roof has made a huge difference, we are able to use the conservatory even on the hottest days. I would recommend this company.”

“The work carried out by Comfortable Conservatories was very professional and showed a high level craftsmanship. The finish was 100% better than the roof we had. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting to carry out a roof conversion to their conservatory.”
