“I would give 0 stars if I had the option. I ordered - and paid for - 2 pair of sandals on April 2. On April 19 I received an email that said the order had shipped. As of today, May 24, the tracking still indicates that a shipping label was created but that USPS was still awaiting arrival of the package. Comfy Sandals has had my money for nearly 2 months and not only have I not received them, but I can not get any reply from the company. TOTAL SCAM!!”

The tracking number is bogus, says shipping label was created, shipper (if there is one) has been waiting for the package for 6 weeks. “As with the other ladies here, this company basically stole my money. I ordered on March 25, and they have never arrived as of May 14. My husband got several notifications from USPS that labels were created for shipments that were headed for various destinations including Detroit, but despite many weeks of waiting, they never arrived. Their tracking service is a joke. It says that there was a label created on the same day of my payment and there it stops!

They have sizes like 37-38, or 39-40, my size is 38.5, as their size musurment, I ordered 39-40, which is huge!!! I wrote them that I want to replace the size, I got a nice answear: their policy is not to change or get the shoes back, but they do want their costumers to be satisfied... Very interesting...
I bought a few shoes through sites in internet, never had a problem. I hope other people are smarter than me and read the reviews, don't buy from them!”

In fact on the order the second pair was down as the wrong size.
