“Warning all customers! Please do not purchase from Comfy Sandals. I finally received my order after multiple attempts of trying to contact them. I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to receive my order. It took 97 days. I would never order from them again.”

“Had I only done my research on this company! I lost my guard by placing an order with a 50% coupon found on Google for Comfy Sandals on July 4th weekend. It's Aug. 20th, and still no shoes, and no replies to email and voice messages. I only received delivery tracking that shows USPS made label in Reno, NV., but has not received item for shipping. I'm so mad at myself for using debit card too and losing $160. I too didn't know this company was in China. I will try making complaint with BBB and USPS like other reviewers.”
“UPDATE from earlier review: I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren’t damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn’t say that they’re super comfy. Also, didn’t like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn’t shop here again.”

“Wow! So, I learned something here. Do your research before buying from an unknown company you discovered via a pop-up ad. Yuck! The same thing happened to me that happened to all these other reviewers. Comfy Sandals stole my money! I never received the shoes I paid for and the company ignored me completely when I tried to follow up with them. AVOID THESE THIEVES! I'm shocked that this "business" still exists after so many people complained. If anyone knows how to effectively pursue justice here, please make a note of it in your review.”

“Actually this is an update on a previous review about comfy sandals. I wanted to say I did receive my sandals from comfy sandals, I purchased two pair and received both, it was 6 weeks later, they arrived in good condition, they were the right size and they are comfortable, I can tell the quality is not high standard but they are wearable and I’m just glad I received what I paid for, I won’t be a returning customer since they told me I would receive them in about two weeks and I emailed them a couple times with no response that’s bad business so they lost a customer because of that bad business.”
“I too wish that I had read these reviews before I ordered with comfy sandals. I ordered two pair of sandals on May 27. Here we are at August 3. I still have not received the sandals. I am happy that I paid through PayPal. At least this way I was able to file a claim with them. They are still investigating. I received an email from comfy sandals on June 18 that the sandals had shipped. The email contained no tracking number. I tried to call them. Every number that they have listed is not valid. I tried to email them. I got no response. After I filed the claim with PayPal. I got another shipping notice from them. They gave me a tracking number through a company called 17 track.net. This tracking service requires that the customer download a shopping tracker device on their computer, which is essentially a virus. I refuse to do that. After Paypal contacted them, they sent yet another shipping notice with a tracking number that did not require downloading a program onto the computer. However when I tried to track the package. The tracking service said “this number is not in the system.” Now they have notified Paypal that the package is on the way and have given them a US PS tracking number. This tracking number, when I track it, says only that a shipping label has been produced for the package. But they have not received the package. I don’t believe they ever will. This company is a scam. Do not order through them. I am happy that I placed my order through PayPal. At least I stand a chance of getting a refund.”
“Ordered May19, they never answered my emails or messages I left on their phone. I had given up on them but today, Judy 28, my shoes arrived vis USPS. They look very nice, fit well, and are very comfortable, but the wait with no reply from them was much too long. Very poor service. I will not buy from them again.”

“The same old story paid for the shoes back in May but have not received them.. Called and e-mail several times but they have not responded back I am so mad at my self that I did not check them out reading all the reviews It looks they made out with everyone money. I put mind on a gift card so it will be hard to get get my money back. I hope everyone else please read these reviews and save your money. It a shame that people do this to other people that they worked hard for their money.There is no place to put the right answer to the question that someone is asking . “AGREE! DO NOT ORDER FROM COMFY SANDALS! I ordered sandals on May 23rd, received a confirmation email and on the same day an email saying they were working on my order, but to expect delays because of Covid-19. Then an email on May 25th saying it had shipped, and checking the tracking no. their shipping partner Jet E-Commerse Logistic, Inc. picked it up on May 26, arrived at their facility May 26, departed their facility May 28, and that is the last entry.
Honestly I had forgotten about them until today. I sent an email saying to contact me by Monday evening regarding a refund or I would be reporting them to authorities on Tues. Let's see if it works.
I also wish I would have researched the compnay first. I sure will from now on! Especially if they advertise in social media platforms.”
