“This was the biggest scam. When I received the sandals, they were painful the moment I put them on. The thong dug into my feet. I couldn't even stand in them. I've worn thongs all my life and these were torture. I inquired about sending them back. They tried to get me to exchange them for another item, but I wanted a refund. Of course, I had to pay another $10 shipping fee. I had to ship them with a tracking number. I was assured that as soon as they had my tracking number, they would refund me. They didn't. Then they said they would refund me as soon as they received the package. They didn't. When I complained, they said a "return specialist" would contact me. Three weeks later, no communication. Many emails back and forth over the next weeks and they continued to assure me it would be handled. Finally I lost patience and told them I wanted my refund, whereupon they offered me a $30 credit to buy another of their products, most of which were priced at $40. I decided I wasn't going to waste another $10 plus ridiculous shipping fees on this scam outfit in order to get another inferior product. My review, of course, never showed up on their site.”

“I ordered 2 pair of sandals from this company and they were too big. Returned them UPS and they received them back on 7/24/19. I had to send the tracking number like 4 times. Still waiting for my refund of $59.98. All they keep sending are generic emails that someone will be contacting me for my refund in 3 -5 days, 7 - 10 days, we have forwarded it to accounting, etc. Have you heard from them, well neither have I. You do the math - 2 months. This company is a scam and rip off. Wish I had known this before I ordered from them. Steer clear unless you like giving your money away.
