I ordered two pair of sandals on March 26, 2021 have not received and their confirmation email giving me the tracking number is BOGUS. They arrived without any kind of delivery / returns information and on consulting their website, it says that all purchases must be considered final (ie. non-returnable) in order to protect customers and employees from Covid 19!!!”
“It's a scam!! Placed order for shoes via FaceBook. They advertise being in Germany, they are in China. They say delivery 10 days, took over a month. When arrive they are really cheaply made with white glue all around. But the main issues is they are the wrong size. I sent them a copy of the confirmation of order where it clearly shows I have ordered a size 4.4 - 5 and received a 4. They keep telling me I have ordered to wrong size and refuse to give me my money back. Look at all the reviews on FaceBook with exactly the same issue.”
