“Ok here’s my story I’m completely disappointed to read these horrifying reviews I placed an order June 10, 2020 and was encouraged by comfy sandals to buy another pair so I did on June 13, 2020 then I received yet another email encouraging me to get another pair that’s when I decided to look up some reviews 2 pair of paid for shoes too late of course, well I’m almost not expecting them anytime soon and if and when they do get here I’m going to be sorely disappointed at which time I will update my review smh this is a lesson I certainly should have learned way back when to always check reviews before purchasing, always!”
“I bought two pairs of sandals on same day but order 2 different order numbers. I received one pair very quickly. The other pair have been waiting since May 30th (it is now 6/18) To be sent to the delivery company. I have emailed several times, called several times to no avail”
“I placed 2 orders (one on 4/27/20, another on 4/30/20). I sent them emails on 5/28, 6/4, and 6/5 because I have not received them. It is now 6/15 and I still have not received the 2 orders and have not received any response from them. DO NOT order from this company or you will be sorry! They are the worst ever! If I can give them zero stars, I will. I should have read reviews on this company before I purchased products from them.”
“This company exists on paper. They send false emails that you’re order has been processed and it’s on it’s way. 4 weeks later it is “still” on its way but you really can’t contact the company because it’s a scam. If you want good sandals etc. buy them from a store that sells comfortable sandals. The pictures are nice but they are fake.”

“I wish I had read these reviews first. Comfy Sandals is quick to charge your card then they will barrage your email with ads multiple times a day. But they don't send anything and never respond to emails, web form submissions or voicemails left multiple times. Horrible service and a total rip off. DO NOT BUY!!!”
“This company is a hoax! The phone number is a recording that only states, "leave a message after the tone..." I've left numerous messages, several emails, still no response and still no sandals! I'm furious. I do wish there were a way to shut them down! Maybe its the Attorney General I need to appeal to.
I'm out $70 for 2 pair of sandals that i never got. NOT HAPPY!!!!”
“I placed my order on 5/15 and received half a dozen or more promotional email. It’s now 5/30 and my shoe order hasn’t left the original location. I’ve left phone messages, sent several email but no response yet from this company. These shoes may come from outside the USA but don’t promise in an email, my shoes are being readied for shipment when that’s a non fact. This is the last time ordering from this company if their customer service is not appreciative of their consumers.”

“My husband ordered me a pair of sandals March 15, 2020, I never got a update they took the 30+ dollars from my credit card and never sent me my shoes. I have emailed them the only response I got back was that there is a delay and nothing else other then wanting me to buy wanting me to but from them. I have emailed them over 50 times with no responses, I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT. I have asked them to refund the money I have 5 kids so I don’t order a lot for my self so my husband knew I wanted them and ordered them and us upset that I never got them. This company is a scam.”
