“Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Finally received my sliders and they were awful and did not fit. Emailed them for an address to return them as no paperwork in the parcel. Received an email from them refusing to take them back due to the pandemic as they have entered my house. This is a totally unacceptable. Do Not Order From Them”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If there were negative stars I would have used them. Don't believe this one star but only way I could write a review. I ordered two pairs of sandals in March, received a shipping confirmation in April and actually received the sandals FINALLY is late May. It is like two different sizes - left fits but right is too big. I have tried repeatedly to email and call the phone number. No answer either way. There was no paperwork in my package with the sandals so have no address to return the sandals for a refund. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company!”
“Never got the shoes and after reading prior reviews I can see why - apparently this is a common "mistake". I live in Florida and supposedly my order was delivered (according to tracking #) to a house in Newburgh, NY. They are blaming UPS - no, It is not UPS, its a scam!”

“Wish I had read reviews of this company before I ordered my sandals on April 1, 2021. Credit card charged on the 2nd. Received email on the 17th with a tracking number that was bogus. Customer service is non-existent. The only response I received was a poem from "Rachel". The sandals finally arrived May 29th but are not true to size. Too small. I understand I'm stuck with them. Buyer beware!”

“I ordered sandals from Comfy Sandals since April 6. Never received them. These people are crooks. I reported them to Better Business Bureau and saw multiple complaints.
Do not order anything from these crooks.”
“Ordered sandals but never received. Emailed and called customer service multiple times but no reply. Used my PayPal account for the purchase. PayPal started an investigation and refunded my money quickly. How is Comfy allowed to stay in business?”
“OK - I have the same complaint as everybody else on this site but I'm adding the following explanation to maybe alleviate some of the brain damage. I placed my order 23Mar and it shipped 28Mar21. Tracking showed in transit, but when I had not received it by end of April, I emailed comfy sandal asking for an ETA but never got an answer, so I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. CapOne (best bank EVER!) immediately refunded my $ with a promise to investigate. In the mean time, I kept checking the tracking info periodically and -- TA DA -- on 24March tracking said that it was going to be delivered today -- and it was! and I love them! so - it literally came on the slow boat from China (prob thru the Suez Canal). If they had just answered an email (or 5) or put a blurb on their website that shipping is coming from China, peace would have reigned supreme a lot sooner. That said, I might even order another pair or two for next summer delivery. :-)”
