Please refund my money I've been waiting a month for my sandals. Not only will you get a bad review but I will call my bank and make sure I get my money back
I placed an
order for a pair of sandals to be delivered to an address in the USA. However it did not arrive although the tracking saya that it was delivered. Each time I email getcomfyshoea, I am getting the same automated message saying it wa delivered.
I’ve emailed you a few times already with no response. This is not customer service, and if your company is a scam you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope Karma bites you right back.
I am very upset that your company is a scam I have put in a dispute on a order that was placed for 3 pairs of sandals, I pray that your company will get what is coming to you for the theft of money that you have taken from customers who you have scammed and it will never happen again. I’ve sent numerous emails with not one response back. Not good at all,

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Now I'm wondering if I've been scammed.
- There is no address for the company on the ComfySandals website. WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED? And where is the product being shipped from?
- It's been several days and I still don't have a shipment Tracking Number.
- I have to say "No, thanks" to 4 to 6 "discount" offers in order to even see my order confirmation - and not just once, but EVERY time I go to my online confirmation. There is no other way to close the offer window.
- The number of emails from them is excessive and most are discount offers to order more sandals.
I never received my sandals. No tracking number. The phone is not in service. No response to emails.
They charged my credit card.
I just filed a report with BBB.
The company is located in New York

I need to return two pair of comfy sandals. I ordered two extra pair by mistake. Please send me some way to get my refund and send back the sandals.

I have been asking for the return address for over two weeks. I gave you the invoice number, described what I bought, why I am returning them and where I bought them from.
All you do is give me the run around.

They added all sorts of extras to my order over 2 months ago - all I get is automated replies and still no delivery. This company is disgusting - they too £100 from my account and now I cannot contact them...and since I ordered I have been bombarded with all sorts of junk e-mail.
Very very poor service not sure I can even give you a 1 you had no problem charging my account right away however I never did receive my shoes please respond

Why won’t Comfy Sandals respond to their customers? I love the 2 pair I actually received, however, I paid for 4 pair and cannot get this company to respond to my email, or messages sent from Facebook messenger. I will give them 1 additional week to respond or to receive the sandals I’ve already paid for through Pay Pal. This will not be good for them at all.
I ordered 4 pairs of comfy sandals on 3/6/19. I have not received them. I called customer service. A recording says they are no longer available. What's up?
I am flat footed and need an arch support! I am planning a trip to the beach and need a sandal. Does these have a nice arch support and also do they come in half sizes or do you order the next size up?
