“Eating out is a rare treat and 8/15/2024 at approx 10 p.m. we chose Arby’s. They were not closed yet, however, they already had the fryers off, cleaning. We saw hamburgers on the menu, with them being a new thing for us, we tried them! The bacon cheeseburger one and the other one with all of the regular stuff. Those were undoubtedly the worst hamburgers we e ever had in our entire lives and we are Old! I have eaten at Arby’s since it first opening in FT Worth Texas a big long time ago! This is absolutely the worst sandwich ever! The meat is nasty! Reminds me of frozen bubba burger Pattie’s sold by the box at the grocery store and those are nasty! There was nothing good about the sandwiches! Nothing at all! The sauce poured out all over my blouse, even tho I had the wrapper wrapped around it and I was on a date! My blouse is ruined from the stain, we went to bed hungry and the terrible meal threw a wet blanket on the date! It ruined my whole night! That burger was just bad! So bad! We feel robbed!”
“Order online, and arrived 3 mins after time for pickup. The bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was so cold,and the chicken was so little....also the curly fries were cold!!!

“A BIG SHOUT OUT TO IKE AT The Arbys store 02988 lithia springs georgia. is great .. i have lived this Market for 20 years from DALLAS TEXAS and Ike the new manager keeps a first class store. THE STAFF ..IS POLITE AND WELCOMING.. ORDERS. ARE CORRECT STORE IS CLEAN STAFF IS HELPFUL...... i had almost given up. On this store all together because in the PAST I was TREATED AWFUL .. before. The new manager IKE... the store was. Dirty ..you had to clean your table you had to wait in line forever.. if you ask them please dont warm the bun or put cheese on my sandwich ..sliders or the french dip .. and get all argumentive if i brought it back. I had Cancer. ..

“Roast beef was cold, ordered curly fries got crinkle fries and the man frying was using a rag wiping his hands and then throwing rag on fryer and using it over and over again my husband was really disappointed because he loves the roast beef and we have to travel at least a half an hour to get there.”

I tried Arby's Wagyu Beef Smokehouse Burger last night & was pleasantly surprised to discover that this beefy gem actually rivals what I can do with a hunk of ground Wagyu beef. I'm an amateur chef and I post my fare under my #bachelorcheff brand which many of you have seen & I thank you for your input on those posts. When it comes to eating other folk's food while I'm out, I'm the "diner guy" who pretty much shuns fast food chains. It was well worth a trip to a fast food chain last night to sample Arby's Smokehouse Burger. This burger meets and beats what I look for in a good diner burger. Yesss, Burger chains and diners will be up against this rookie in the Burger Game this summer and trust me this rookie goes "Hard in the Paint!" Back in the day a little old lady posed the question "Where's The Beef!?" Today the Beef is at #arbys "Arby's ~ definitely has the Meat and may get a few more dollars outta me the next time I want a burger that I don't want to cook myself...

“Spent $9 on my meal when I was paying asked for Arby sauce was told they were out sign was on menu. Lights were so dim on drive thru menu I did not see sign or wind had carried it away. Wanted to cancel order but employee throughly ignored me and wasn't even going to give me my change until I asked for it.”
