“Painless and took care of everything.. I had a 5 hour delay and got £225 for a ticket I reckon I paid 50 for... they charged 70 worth it... but make sure to pay them or they get heavy... fiat exchange is no robbery though.. will be the first email i send when it inevitably happens again”
