Dealt with one agent, Leslie Sowah, who went the 'extra mile'. He was very friendly and helpful by returning calls concerning queries and eventually sorting out the final premium.

I was a bit disappointed when my renewal notes came through as it said hassle free renewal as you are staying with the same company you will not be required to send any documents which I thought would save me a lot of time but as soon as I paid had an email saying about documents needing to be sent otherwise it will cancel policy so was not really hassle free

Your company ( and previously A&A) have made insuring my car easy for me. Although I could scour the internet for the best deal each year I doubt that the result would be much different and it saves me the trouble so I am content with that. Your staff have always been polite and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Got so confused on why my renewal was more than my 1st years insurance with you guys so I tried a new quote n it was complete cover what was cheaper out of them all. Long storey short they changed name of the insurance company from March 2016 n I didn't no haha

The man on the phone was very helpful. He got my quote cheaper for me. What pleased me a lot was he sed he will call me back within 10 mins and he took 12.

I had to keep repeating myself on the phone twice before I got through to an adviser who could actually help me. I asked to change my address and renew my insurance which ended up being 100 pounds more expensive per month even though I had moved one street down. The advisor told me at the start that it was good I was renewing early because my insurance would be cheaper but actually the call ended with me having no choice but to go for a price 60 pounds more than my current insurance.

They have advised the change of address did have a refection on your policy, also due the full premium being taken over the monthly payments it can appear higher as no deposit is paid.
