Well if they don't made me I would stay with them from Last 3 years. They always very helpful team listen and bring what I want thanks cover group for that .

Very expensive !!!! I have been your customer overs the lad three years 2 cars last years but still no good offer for me still the price go hygher ... I won't recommend it to anyone .. Sorry for my honesty . Many thanks

Very efficient and helpful service with excellent turn round time in delivering policy documents and certificate of insurance after a change of cover from old to new car.

Absolutely disgusting the price I had been quoted from the actually price i got down to. Never again will I go with this company after my year runs out. Been with you for 4-5 years

The worse customers services ever. For a simple windscreen claim more than an hour at the phone.

Only one thing I need to complaint is that you automatically increased the insurance charge of a loyalty customer with five years' no claim

Friendly and easy to speak with. Asked if they could give me a better quote they did exactly that. Went thoroughly through my quote and details. Best insurance company I've ever dealt with . Five stars from me.

My initial renewal letter quoted an increase of £60 on last year which was unacceptable, after discussion this was reduced substantially. The same thing happened last year, why do you do this? Wages have not increased, I have had no claims .. ever ...

I was asked to sign my proposal form which I did not receive then asked a second time for same thing as I still had not received after 2 emails and getting no where talking to robots I think and still have no idea what's going on very very poor service would not recommend to anybody.
