Having been annoyed at too many calls I was very pleased with the service. It is a pain in the *** that it takes 15-20minutes to do insurance on the phone but your man was great.

Still waiting after 3 weeks for my documentation through including my invoice which I need to claim back from my business. I have chased this up twice and still nothing.

Started ringing to remind me to pay about 3 weeks before renewal date. Even after my wife said "please stop calling - you have rung us 3 times in four days, we will pay by the renewal date", you continued to ring. We have renewed and are reasonably happy with the service (prompt despatch of documents, clarity of written communications) but don't appreciate being harassed to renew.
