The whole experience was not to bad, however the woman i have been dealing could work in Stalins secret police, the whole think sounded as she is above everything and very strict and unfriendly.. get some human qualities in your staff i guess, i am paying customer so i want friendly experience

Jessica Carter Was absolutely fantastic! helped every step of the way and has impeccable customer service. I myself work with customers on a daily basis and was very impressed with her level of conduct. All round great experience.

Colmplete cover group was easy to talk to which made it alot easier to go through th information an to purchase the insurance that i needed they tried various tbings to get me the cheapest price possible so i was staisfied wiv the insurance i purchased

Complete cover group is awesome,always friendly & available. The agent takes their time answering all questions,being patient & thorough. Even the price is bit expensive, i am happy i feel like a valued customer & i appreciate the great customer service i get every time 👍!!

I didn’t receive my certificate and paid I have been waiting for ages and I don’t know if I am covered or not.
