“It works on my Timber Tech Manufacture Patio Boards. I have to do it in sections and it takes quite a Bit of Water to clear the chemical off the Patio boards. It does take out the grease dropping that I sometimes have after Bar B Queing. Works best on a Sunny Warm day.”

“You read a lot of ads for things and most never live up to their words BUT Corte Clean does. I had tried many products to clean my deck but nothing would touch the mold and mildew. I had even spilled wax from a candle and it would not come off. One time using Corte clean and no more wax. My deck looks brand new. This stuff is FANTASTIC!!!!!!”

“It is a good product and does a good job, but is expensive considering that it must be applied twice a year and sometimes three times a year to keep the floor free of mold spots. In the spring one may have to use two applications to kill mold spots and a good amount of scrubbing. I think it would a real benefit if you could develop a sealer that protects the floor after cleaning. So far, I think it is the best product on the market. W.F. Clark”

Corte Clean was designed to be used at least twice yearly, Spring & Fall, as most composite decking manufacturers recommend. Sealers cost more time and money. Proactively using Corte Clean costs less time and money than sealers. Call us to discuss. (415) 924-9500 x 1

If composites arn't thoroughly Corte Cleaned, then they receive moisture from rain, the mold grows back. It's similar to pulling weeds, not getting the roots, then watering. When mold stains return on composites as pictured in your photo, it is best to "add 1 gallon of water to a plastic bucket" and add "up to 2.5 scoops" of Corte Clean powder "for routine cleaning. Then, "apply heavy, even coat of Corte Clean with pump sprayer." If "Corte Clean no longer becomes dirty or discolored, it can be diluted & allowed to dry on weathered composite surfaces [like your composite deck]. Corte Clean is designed to continue to clean any time it receives moisture. A white residue may remain until thoroughly rinsed (use a brush if necessary). Thoroughly rinse prior to using." Had this been done prior your deck receiving rain, then allowing the rain to thoroughly rinse, your deck would have remained mold stain free. Now that it has mold stains, applying like this will remove the mold stains, generally within several days if not immediately. This is why it is recommended to "Use Corte Clean at least twice yearly, Spring & Fall, or when stains appear." to prevent deep stains while removing new ones. Please call if you wish to discuss.

“It cleaned my composite deck very well but if I do it again, I would dilute it more than the package instructs. It's pretty aggressive at the specified strength and it can't be left too long before rinsing. Small areas must be done at a time.”

Please review what the Trex Company refers to as "Natural Weathering" http://www.trex.com/trex-owners/natural-weathering/ . As stated on the Corte Clean website http://www.corteclean.com/composite-facts/corte-clean-facts/ (see brown Trex pictures) & label directions WARNING! “I was looking for an environmentally safe product to clean our small, composite deck. Google lead me to Corte Clean. I tried to get it at a local hardware store, they had forgotten to order it so I went on line to order and received it very quickly. I love the product, it is easy to use, no scrubbing and I feel comfortable that it will not harm the environment. I have a little left from last year, but will need to order more to co plate the job.
