DISCATISFIED CORTE-CLEAN® CUSTOMERS (anything less than a 5 Star Review)!

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!

Please immediately contact Corte LLC if you are not satisfied with our proven product, which has existed for over a decade, with so many positive reviews & re-peat customers. We are a small, 1 product, family run, American made business. We will do our best to help you, as we are EXPERTS in composites & keeping them clean.

We wish to help! (415) 924-9500 X 1
Please leave a message if we fail to answer the phone.
We will call you back ASAP!

We want to make sure you not only get your composites THOROUGHLY CLEAN, we want to make sure you understand how to generally SPEND LESS TIME & MONEY, in the future, keeping composites clean. Corte-Clean® is proven to do this when used "at least twice yearly, spring & fall, or when stains appear" at the "routine cleaning" reduced "up to" 1/2 strength. If mold stains are returning, you are waiting too long to proactively Corte-Clean®, and likely wasting more time, labor and money than necessary! See how little Corte-Clean® can be proactively used to save. THis has the added benefit of being more ECO Responsible!

Corte-Clean® is the most recommended solution for deep cleaning Composite Deck, Dock & Fence of all common stains, NOT JUST those caused by MOLDS. Say goodbye to mold & mildew stains, black spots, grease, oil, rust and more with out the need to expensively purchase and laboriously use multiple non-compatible poisonous and/or corrosive to structural metal cleaning chemicals, especially those that contain oxalic acid or sodium hypochlorite, the active biocide in chlorine bleach which OSHA DOES NOT RECOMMEND FOR MOLD & science by Oregon State University has proven to be ineffective from the wood of which most composites are partially made. Don't be another sucker for "The Chlorine Bleach SCAM"!!!

If only every customer could read and follow the Corte Clean label directions, we'd never have a negative review. We even made a demo video for the illiterate to watch. Unfortunately, there will always be those that choose to ignore common sense and NOT follow product label directions. What we will never understand is those that then take the time to post a negative review, which likely would have taken more time than reading the Corte Clean label directions in the first place? If you are a potential Corte Clean customer, please don’t purchase or use Corte Clean if you aren’t willing to read and follow its label directions. You likely won’t be satisfied with our proven product. Thanks for the 5 Star Review!

works better than other cleaners if you follow the instructions and does NOT harm the composite material short term or in the long run

Thanks for the 5 Star Review! In addition to the "composite material", most don't consider the STRUCTURAL METAL DECKING HARDWARE, such as Screws, Nails & Joist Hangers, when choosing/using/recommending/selling deck cleaning products. CORROSION caused by SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE, the active biocide in Chlorine Bleach, and Unscrupulous Deck Cleaners, is currently the #1 issue facing composite deck owners, retailers, distributors and especially composite deck manufacturers that have chosen to ignore structural metal decking hardware disclosures in installation & cleaning guides. There is a reason the two largest structural metal decking hardware manufacturers have disclosed the “general corrosion risks” of “cleaning chemicals”! Forget about the fact that chlorine bleach is scientifically proven to exacerbate mold issues and why no reputable mold remediation professional would ever recommend or use a product containing sodium hypochlorite, especially when it will likely come into contact with structural metal decking hardware! Forget about the fact that sodium hypochlorite generally bleaches/fades composites beyond what occurs naturally by exposure to the sun (the #2 biggest complaint in the composite decking industry). Forget about the fact that you will likely need to purchase and laboriously expensively use other products to clean grease & oil, rust & tannins, etc. Structural metal decking hardware failure traced back to the recommendation, sale and use of sodium hypochlorite based products for clean decking supported by metal is of grave concern, as these products generally fail when corroded under load of generally people! We all know what happens when these aren’t expensively replaced, when corrosion is noticed, then fail. Not good! This is why the use of sodium hypochlorite is commonly known as “The Chlorine Bleach Scam” for cleaning decking. They profit, you loose.

We bought our home at the shore 2 years ago. We have a composite deck--Trex I think--and we have severe green algae in the shaded areas. Each of the past 2 summers we bought different brands of cleaners, and both have been disappointments....lots of manual scrubbing and only marginal improvements when we were finished. What a difference this year with Corte Clean! With only one treatment at full strength and scrubbing with a brush, the algae washed right off, like magic! We could not be more impressed. We even have enough material remaining so we can use it again next spring because we expect to use this product for a long time.

Thanks for the 5 Star Review! Please consider using Corte Clean “at least twice (2X) yearly, Spring & Fall, or when stains occur” as our product is designed and intended to be used. Are you aware that the Trex company has recommended “at least twice (2X) yearly, Spring & Fall, or when stains occur”? Corte Clean was designed to be used in this fashion. Generally speaking, when Corte Clean is proactively used, it costs less time and money. Please call us if you wish to thoroughly discuss, as nothing makes us happier than saving our customers time & money keeping composites clean. (415) 924-9500 X 1

I always have a lot of dirt and green mildew on my deck each spring. I have been using this product for 8 years and it always does a very good job at removing these stains.

Thanks for the 5 Star Review! If you “always have a lot of dirt and green mildew on my deck each spring”, and are only Corte Cleaning once per year, in the “spring”, please consider proactively using Corte Clean “at least twice yearly, spring & fall, or when stains appear.” Generally speaking, you will spend up to ½ the money on Corte Clean and approximately 2/3rds less of your valuable time. Allowing the “green” fungus to root into your composite deck generally costs more time and money to properly thoroughly Corte Clean. Now that you are a loyal customer, saving you time & money is the goal. Please call us if you wish to thoroughly discuss. (415) 250-9933 1

My Trex deck is now 14 years old. I use Corte Clean every spring to pressure wash it and it looks like New. This is a great product . . . Best material for this application.

Thanks for the 5 Star Review! While we don't recommend Corte Clean be used with a pressure washer, nor does Trex for your generation (see Trex literature), your deck looks great! Generally, when Corte Clean is proactively used "Spring & Fall, or when stains occu" you shouldn't need a pressure washer. Please call us if you wish to thoroughly discuss, as we wish to help you generally spend less time and money on Corte Clean to keep your BEAUTIFUL Trex thoroughly clean.

I have been using this product for many years.I feel it should be called Magic Clean. You can actually see the dirt being sucked up from the trex as it sits.I have told numerous friends about this product and they absolutely love it.

Thanks for the FIVE STAR Review! The key to keeping your composites clean, especially of mold stains, but all other common stains too, is using it proactively. Proactively cleaning, at least twice yearly, spring & fall, or when stains appear, as most composite manufacturers recommend and Corte Clean was designed and intended will generally have you SAVING TIME & MONEY too. Please consider & let us know if you have any questions.

I love this product. I have a large deck that gets black spots on it. I spray Corte clean on, let it stand for a few minutes, brush the stubborn stains and rinse it off. I'm a 67 year old woman and am able to do it. It's easy.

Thank you for the 5 Star Review! Since you are proactively using Corte Clean, you shouldn't have to brush. To rinse, please consider applying before it rains or snows and allow the natural moisture to thoroughly rinse. While Corte Clean won't generally have that instant WOW effect in removing stains, generally, your deck will look clean a few days later. Please call if you wish to discuss, as we wish to save you even more time & money now that you are a loyal customer. (415) 924-9500 X 1

I installed a new composite deck in 2010. Materials used were Timber Tech and Trex products. The contractor recommended I use Corte-Clean do remove mold and midlew. I apply the product twice a year as recommended. The results have been quite good and I would not use any other deck cleaner. For me, the key to success has been to stay "ahead of the game" and not let the mold & mildew get a head start. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to keep your composite material looking good through the years. D. Henderson (Ohio)

Thank you for the 5 Star Review! If only every composite deck owner read & followed Corte Clean label directions they would all generally save much TIME & MONEY, not just cleaning Mold & Mildew stains, but also Grease & oil, rust and tannins, flower pot, sunscreen, etc. and just about any other common stains. Unfortunately, most ignore product label directions and choose to waste time & money by reactively cleaning composites???

I live in northern Illinois and we are able to use our deck for approximately 5 months starting in May. I have been using Corte-Clean every spring for 5 years and this year I'm planning on a fall application so I can use a lower concentration next spring. I have been using a 3 scoop per gallon mix. I apply the Corte-Clean with a pump up sprayer and leave it on. The first spring rain after application removes the black mildew stains and even seems to bring the appearance of the decking material back to its original condition. I'm very pleased with the end results and ease of application of the Corte-Clean composite deck cleaner.

This is the best deck cleaner...ever! I started using this three years ago when my deck was covered with black mold. I was ugly and I thought ruined. The deck is at the point now that I have VERY little mold, hardly any even after a long winter and use it just to maintain. My deck is surrounded by a lot of trees, actually the woods, so YES to Corte Clean for doing such a great job. Buy it...you won't be sorry.

If only every composite deck, dock or fence owner used Corte Clean proactively, "at least twice yearly, spring & fall", as its label directions state and most composite manufacturers recommend, all customers would generally be spending up to 1/2 the money and 2/3rds less time keeping composites clean of all common stains from mold & mildew, grease & oil, rust & tannins, and just about anything else staining a composite deck.

Recently purchased this home and the covered composite decks do not seemed to have been cleaned since the home was built in 2001. So I found out that I had to be patient and apply over a few times. So it is definitely improving as more applications are applied. Will purchase more to complete the job correctly.

PLEASE READ! This customer has a composite deck installed in 2001, in incredibly moist TN, where mold is a known problem, which has NEVER BEEN CLEANED with Corte Clean or anything else!!! THAT'S 16 (SIXTEEN)YEARS of MOLD deeply rooting into the composites and other stains deeply saturating!!! After speaking with the customer's wife, he didn't do anything correctly (temp/direct sunlight/thoroughly dry before applying/re-applying/maximum Corte Clean strength/etc.), by following the Corte Clean label directions. Because the customer admits "there was some improvements" he needed to properly "REPEAT" the Corte Clean application process and follow the final Corte Clean label direction which clearly states “When Corte Clean no longer becomes dirty or discolored, it can be diluted & allowed to dry on weathered surfaces. Corte Clean is designed to continue to clean any time it receives moisture. A white residue may remain until thoroughly rinsed.” The customer did not do this final critical step, even though it rained the following day to “Thoroughly rinse composite prior to using”!!! If "cost" is his primary concern related to finishing the Corte Cleaning of his incredibly neglected composite deck, Good Luck finding a less expensive product that cleans all common stains without all the known costs and risks of using multiple other products to clean other stains. Please have the common decency to contact us before purchasing Corte Clean to clean an extremely neglected composite deck. We don’t want any dissatisfied customers or customers with unrealistic expectations. We’d rather not have you purchase Corte Clean if you are totally unrealistic about the cost and labor to properly Corte Clean a composite deck in this condition. We are all about happy customers with positive reviews ultimately spending less time and money keeping composite decks, docks & fences clean.

Thanks for the 5 Star Review! Hopefully it keeps doing a "great job" and you choose to spend up to 1/2 the money on Corte Clean and approximately 2/3rds less of your valueable time keeping your composites Corte Cleaned. Proactively using Corte Clean "at least twice yearly, Spring & Fall, or when stains appear", is the key. Corte Clean was designed and intended to be used in this way because, most composite manufacturers recommend this in their literature

It was very easy to use and found, by following the clear and concise instructions, the results were quite good and acceptable. This is the third or fourth season I have used the product due to the results I have consistently received.

Thanks for the 5 STAR review! Corte Clean was designed to be used with pure water. If you have hard water, you can use bottled water or LESS Corte Clean per gallon of water (4 scoops insted of 5). To increase the strength, you can then sprinkle Corte Clean powder on the area already wet with Corte Clean and brush. Additionally this can save money in areas with stubborn stains.
