As per our delivery page delays on behalf of the courier may occur, this can be caused by several reasons including covid restrictions in certain states & at borders. Regrettably, it appears that you have experienced a delay in receiving your order.
The order was despatched on Feb 8th where it was sent from Sydney to your local Couriers Please depot in Albury - the online tracking shows that it was then on board for delivery on the 14th however a successful delivery did not occur until the 18th - 9 business days for delivery.
When timing is critical we strongly recommend opting for your express delivery option. For courier reviews, we recommend reviewing the courier directly.
