“My chat was with KT7(Kadie ) and I can honestly say it was the most straightforward one that I have ever experienced and helped me to decide renew my One Call Insurance .Normally I get stupid requests for additional information before getting down to the nature of my enquiry but there was no bullshitting with Kadie who resolved my problem in a timely and very efficient manner by offering a very acceptable discounton my renewal policy.”

“I contacted the live chat to update some policy details. I usually find live chats frustrating and worse than useless but I was pleasantly surprised.
