“HG1 and JW5 both dealt with my policy change. Although I don't personally like the chatting typing thing, they both were efficient, friendly and sorted it for me. 10 out 10. JCF”

“VH3 was very helpful today although I was calling to cancel my policy renewal. I was telling her that I only received my reminder letter today but had I had it sooner I would not have changed insurers. These things happen and there’s always our other car GLZ4540?”

“My policy was up for renewal -but was not going to renew as when i changed my vehicle half way through the policy ,the monthly price difference was too expensive (it doubled & i only cover low mileage ). Spoke to LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 & she was so helpful. I did end up renewing (with the same cover) but with the low mileage the monthly price was more than halved! Brilliant service Leanne- thank you!!!”
