When I have a query I would like to be able to speak to a human. I couldn't find a telephone number to contact you. I sometimes feel you need to be a computer expert.

I am 78 years old and find that doing everything on the computer very demanding. I just want to be able to speak to an agent on the phone get immediate answers . The written word can be misinterpreted and sometimes unclear . It takes time trying to make sure you really understand what is being said can be confusing. Speaking on the phone is clearer easier to ask questions immediately you don’t understand. Give the option of the two.

Initially very good, but when I wanted to change my vehicle the process became very laborious. Trying to contact you through the portal and was given a sales team phone number that would not connect (01302 565521). In the end cancelled the policy and went elsewhere. Though I must say that your chat personnel seemed to try their best.

My problem started by enquiring about adding business to my insurance which then led to my policy being cancelled which I never asked for but going onto chat today got it sorted and am now back insured

I was surprised to find that the refund that I was waiting for didn’t seem to have been processed However today in live chat the problem hopefully has been resolved The agent agneizia was very helpful

CR3 did a great job to resolve a problem, I am grateful, a simple action such as a change of vehicle proved too much for their web portal. Even so I will not renew with them as it is difficult to contact them. I also note that cancellation is also difficult and costly.

I would have preferred to speak to someone rather than txt as CHAT is not suitable for everyone. The insurance was sorted in a reasonable time.

Renewal a bit high, but came to within 30 pounds of price comparison websites so happy to stay.

i hate these live chat sites much prefer to speak to somone in person especially when there is an issue which needs sorting and would be able to sort it out a lot quicker and less stress - JW5 was helpfull even when i kept telling him i did not like these sites
