“Have insured my motorbike with onecall for a number of years, but needed to make some amendments to a renewing policy. Using the online chat i was helped by a very helpful agent,username ps1 , who provided everything I needed and clarified any queries I had. Would recommend onecall and the online chat is much better than phone calls in my opinion. Great customer service and everything accessible on customer portal.”

“I have just purchased motor insurance for a brand new car yesterday but the documents werent showing, I had really helpful customer service from EK4, who explained why it wasnt showing and processed this to be done! So helpful as I was panicking about it. Thank you so much EK4! :) Would definately use One Call again as the customer service is great and the price is fantastic also!”
