Telephoned regarding my home insurance and spoke to a very helpful assistant called Paige and her user name PB1 . She found me a better deal so very happy with service.

Tried to update my car insurance, as I am about to change my car. Had useful advice in the chat. But when trying to access the website portal I managed to sign in and access my documents. Followed the links to change car details. Was directed to input the new car details manually as the registration was not recognised and then got stuck as the page would not load. I tried this about five times, with no success. Would find it far easier to talk to someone.

Stavey was brilliant, helping me as much as she could, but due to an error I still can not get onto my account. Stacey persevered and tried a differnt email address and this still failed so all she has done has been perfect Referred to IT now.... I just want to access my account

Its v annoying that instead of providing customer service by answering your questions. Your staff push extra add ons to your policy to bump up your payments.

Your called ONE CALL but you can't talk to someone and have to type everything. But having said that the service was quick and efficient

Kt7 was very helpful with online chat regarding my renewal. It is disappointing that the renewal quote was exorbitant but she did mange to reduce it quite a bit. It seems company only wants new business and doesn't treat existing customers fairly. Make sure you never auto renew

I used your online chat to add an item onto my policy and was dealt with by AT7. The process was very quick and easy, although I thought you admin fee which made up half of the additional cost was excessive.
