I received my renewal through but needed to make a few changes to my policy. This was done with ease on the online chat with staff member BB5. Happy with premium and customer service given.

LW7 Very professional and polite throughout the interaction. The only downside for me was the need to try to sell me (offer me) other services that were outside the scope of my requirements. LW7 deserves a score of 5 but was sadly let down by, what for me, were the unnecessary additional drive for sales outside of the customer requirements

I was fortunate enough to deal with Leanne LE6, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She had to phone me back and she did, at exactly the time and date she promised. (A rarity to get a call back at all these days). She also looked at my quote and managed to reduce it and answered a couple of queries for me. She couln't have been more helpful. Thank you Leanne.

A little slow on responses on the live chat which was sure to be Megan having to juggle several customers at the same time. Would sooner phone up to be honest. But everything else was positive and polite. 5 stars and an Easter egg for MF7 please on Good Friday.

You'll get a really good quote but don't be trapped! To make changes, you have to do it all online, no chance of speaking to a human with this company! Admin fees are £59.99 to make simple changes! My daughter has just passed her test and the quote was astronomical so we decided to switch insurers. We paid £332 for insurance in January and they'll only refund us £72, meaning we spent £250 with them for less than 4 months of cover! Daylight robbery!!
