“On using live chat today 16/1/25 with ID person TD2, i have to say they were very helpful and professional answering all my questions regarding if my van insurance included a tow bar for use of towing my caravan. Good news this is covered in my current policy in the event of a claim, my van is covered fully comprehensive and my caravan would be 3rd party only claim”
