“I phoned one call insurance to ask about my renewal insurance and was put through to a young lady called Allen. She was very helpful,plesent and professional. And she answered my query very well. “CS2 was really helpful, knowledgeable and very well mannered on the phone. I had a policy with Yoga Insurance tried to add our 17 year old on as a provisional as this was feasible when I took it out in February (as said he turned 17 in December 2024, to get an idea of price) however they've changed it to provisional drivers of 25 and over! We decided to cancel their policy and go with one call Insurance for the full policy. Charlie was very efficient and professional, wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Karen”
