I, Lawrence Aalten needed to transfer my One Call car insurance from my Mazda 2 to a VW Golf which I had purchased in Aberaeron and was due to collect on Saturday 19/04/2025. I contacted customer services using the portal and spoke/messaged with Kb2. who guided me through the whole process. Kb2. was very patient with me and advised me of various upgrades that I might be interested in of which I took one immediately and said I would consider others at the time of renewal of my policy. When everything was complete Kb2. asked if I would like an Email of our transcript to which I said yes. I can honestly say that my experience with the whole process was painless and if that is the standard of your customer services then your company is in good hands. I was a little confused over my renewal notice which clearly had a misprint in but after a "live chat" with MC2 they were able to clarify the position and also help me with enhancing my policy. Excellent and efficient service. Thank you MC2.

Not great had to make two payments as the quote was incorrect? Curious as generated by an IT system. Had to provide the same information to the same person twice. Not sure until I receive the new policy whether the wording will be different?

TD2 was very very helpful and made the whole thing effortless. I was changing my car but moving a personalised plate over to a brand new car, so not the easiest but TD2 handled it all for me and got it all sorted out ready for the pick up.
