Wish I had the telephone number to talk to someone as I’m very dyslexic and had to ask someone to do it all for me. I went on your website and couldn’t find any number on the insurance claim number.

Hi, I don’t like leaving negative reviews .. I’d rather not … I’m insured with you .. I pay £87 per month .. my car is currently being repaired on your behalf .. I now have no car for a week or more .. I am entitled to a hire car but you have not been able to provide this .. your staff have been really nice .. it’s not their fault .. but this service is really poor … the amount of phone calls I have had to deal with … and here I am without a car for 5 days now .. how am I supposed to deal with school runs as a single parent without a car? I have been passed from company to company … I’m very unhappy about the Situation… I don’t think one call insurance is actually bothered by this .. so this is my honest feedback … I wonder if it will make any difference at all
