“I rang initially & phone msg advised there was a queue &if I’d like to leave my number I’d receive a call back without losing my place in the queue - wasn’t long before I was called back. I was offered a better quote than the One Call quote that I received in the post (£75 cheaper) which was accepted. Very pleased with the service & pleasant manner - thank you KT1”
