“All I wanted to do was cancel my renewal. The quote I received for the renewal was £160 cheaper. When I call to cancel renewal I don’t want to be kept waiting while you try to do better - too late, you didn’t look after an existing customer. Took over 10 minutes to just cancel the renewal online. Had previously called helpline twice - 1st time hung up on after 1 ring, 2nd time, no answer and disconnected.”

“My car insurance is due for renewal soon. I phoned for my renewal quote. I had competitive quotes from other insurers. Onecall were professional, personal and listened to me. I ended up renewing with Onecall although they were a few pounds more expensive, but the help I received from Sam and Jake made my decision very easy.”
