Spoke to Lielarrni (LS2) regarding a property changing from occupied to unoccupied for a 93 year old. She was very understanding and talked through the requirements in language anybody could understand. New policy required as existing underwriter unwilling to continue cover. This was achieved and increase in price very reasonable. All paperwork emailed out within 24 hours. Great service. Thank You.

I thought the service and information and help with my up and coming policy was excellent. Learned Warren (LE6) had plenty of patience when I decided after giving her all the information to change what I wanted, I found Learner's to be very patient and professional, a credit to one stop in my opinion.
