Obtaining assistance from live chat is a nightmare akin to ‘Groundhog Day’. The main portal says you can call customer service, but live chat says it’s all online. Live chat queue goes from 18 down to 2 then ends. Once you get an agent, advice on how to proceed varies depends on who gives it.
