I was forced to use the online chat to effect an amendment to my existing policy on changing my vehicle. I was under the impression that this could be done on-line with no administration fee. However, the 'system' did not allow me to do this myself and I was directed to an online Chat with Sara (SF7) who had to charge a £24 admin. fee. The 2 star rating is for the automated system. However, Sara deserves 4 stars.

Found your admin and support poor on the whole. I dread to think how hard it would be to actually make a claim if sorting quotes a s cover is so difficult. Only the last of 4 interactions seemed to result in the operator understanding my frustration.

What I don’t get you are called “one call” yet you have No phone number the bot chat is very very slow a call that would take a few mins turns into a 30 min bot chat not good

LR1 was very helpful in cancelling my policy and providing proof of NCB. Having said that, it's a massive relief to change insurers and leave One Call Insurance

Our connection was cut off. I am having a problem logging in to see my documents. My initial contact with you was followed up with a suggestion to improve my breakdown cover. I don't need to do that thankyou. Just to access my documents. Can you help me do that?

The chat option is slow and requires you to sit staring at the screen so you don't get cut-off. The first two times having sat for 5 minutes with no progress I tried to do other things only to get cut-off. The third advisor was able to answer

DJ2 tried helping me with my house insurance renewal. It had over doubled within a year, with no claims or changes. DJ2 did look into comparing quotes and could get the total town over 100 from previous quote, but I can get like for like elsewhere for almost half the price

To transfer a NCD to another policy, both of which were with yourselves, took over an hour on the live chat. Whilst the assistants were helpful (I was transferred 3 times) it was too long and was laborious. A phone call would have sorted it much quicker. I tried at first to phone but could not get through!

Your site would not accept our numberplate. Got disconnected on the phone and had to call claims to get a tel no. They eventually returned my call but couldn't give me a quote. Not impressed at all. Most of my morning wasted!!

Human error caused my credit card to be charged unnecessarily and without any prior notice. A contents claim was cancelled and my account was not updated. JC3 was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do to get back a refund.

Waste of time, I can't up date my number plate on the portal, can't ring to do it either, had to speak to a human on the portal,waste of time that was, have to do another quote which will probably be for a year and I only wanted to put the original plate back on, such hard work just for a number change

Getting through to the chat took ages. I tried to cancel my policy, and they offered me a derisory refund on my policy, after only 2 months into the contract. Not impressed

I was unable to change my vehicle insurance the portal as the new car was not going to be registered until I picked it up. The portal advised me to contact one call, I could find no phone number to do this instead I was offered live txt. When I applied for live txt I was number 34 in the queue!! When I did get through it took an hour back and forth to complete. Very frustrating.
