No phone number to just call someone up and change my policy from old car to (pending) new car. All on website only: which didn't recognise the new reg number. So - me spending 30 minutes of time fighting with the website to finally get a Live Chat window (only option to speak to someone) that actually works. Live Chat was very glitchy and painful. Jacob W - the chap who helped me out in the end was nice and efficient. But just imagine if I could have just spoken to him on the phone - we could have had it sorted in 10 minutes. Will be reconsidering who I insure with when policy comes up for renewal.

Cannot get Login to work so have to go through log in assist every time and live chat takes much longer than a telephone conversation would to give same information. Live chat agents were very helpful and solved most of my issues. I find this process very impersonal.

Too many charges, online quote for a change of vehicle. Because my car still to swap over to private reg plate another admin fee. Not good. Will be going elsewhere. Lots of additional charges and payments

The lack of being able to talk to someone it's impossible.the other thing is doing it on the portal couldn't transfer to new car till midnight which is big inconvenience however did leave bank card at home not sure if I have to wait till open hrs to transfer now

Your telehandler Leanne was excellent. Your premium price was lousy, the original renewal quotation was 77% higher than the year before. I give Leanne 5 stars and One Call 1 star, hence my score of only 3 stars

Asked for a renewal price for my car. Couldn't supply me with one. Not good enough. Will be changing ins providers.
