I chatted with a very pleasant individual KB2 - Helped me very quick and told a ver bad but funny joke . Two TV ariels the church service was rubbish , but the reception was brilliant . haha

Received my renewal, which had increased £40 since last year and was £40 more than a like 4 like offered by another provider. I discussed the possibility of a reduction via Live Chat with ir2 and my renewal quote was reduced by £40.

I rang to discuss my contents renewal and i was satisfied with the outcome of it and agreed to renew again. I found Allen to be very helpful and listened to my concerns regarding the renewal quote also important was the security questions i was asked before discussing the renewal Regards Paul Mason

My chat has now closed but wanted to leave a review ( as asked by advisor) **KT7**. The advisor was knowledgeable and even though it was live chat her professionalism came through in her responses. She was understanding empathetic and resolved my query to my satisfaction. So much so that I decided to stay with the company and not go elsewhere.
