“Was concerned that my renewal had gone up by £75 and subsequently I was looking to change, explained the situation to KT1 who was most understanding as I said I did not want to move as I had been with One Call for over 5 years. She was then able to offer a better price as I had already looked at my bank for insurance. Very helpful and I am now still a One Call customer for the next 12 months, thanks to Keira”
