“Spoke to Lielarrni (LS2) regarding a property changing from occupied to unoccupied for a 93 year old. She was very understanding and talked through the requirements in language anybody could understand. New policy required as existing underwriter unwilling to continue cover. This was achieved and increase in price very reasonable. All paperwork emailed out within 24 hours. Great service. Thank You.”

“I thought the service and information and help with my up and coming policy was excellent. “All I wanted to do was cancel my renewal. The quote I received for the renewal was £160 cheaper. When I call to cancel renewal I don’t want to be kept waiting while you try to do better - too late, you didn’t look after an existing customer. Took over 10 minutes to just cancel the renewal online. Had previously called helpline twice - 1st time hung up on after 1 ring, 2nd time, no answer and disconnected.”
