“Awful service, no receipt for payment and after signing up two pages of pay for add ons introduced. Things that are usually included. No customer service phone, a live chat that costs you to use, including a £42 charge to amend anything. This is sharp practice. I would like to cancel my policy as the cover is so poor but I fear this would cost me the £42. Trashy, poor insurer. Don’t use. Being referred by Go compare who I have complained to.”
