“I spoke to a wonderful customer service adviser who has the USER NAME LS2 I always find insurance confusing and had just received a renewal invitation for my contents insurance. She went through the policy with me at my request ensuring that I had the cover I needed and explained the policy price, ensuring that I got the best price I could for the cover I needed. This is my third year with One Call and each time I compare their quote to others and they always come out on top. I love the added benefit that when I call I get to speak to a real person who cares, just like LS2 who made the whole process simple, efficient and totally pleasurable. I can relax now this is done - thank you Once Call and thank you LS2 xx”
