My chat has now closed but wanted to leave a review ( as asked by advisor) **KT7**. The advisor was knowledgeable and even though it was live chat her professionalism came through in her responses. She was understanding empathetic and resolved my query to my satisfaction. So much so that I decided to stay with the company and not go elsewhere. Took a while to get through to an agent on live chat - in a queue for about 20 minutes. However, the service from IR2 was all I needed. She took details, requoted and dealt with everything perfectly. Happy to renew with them now.

Renewed with One Call for several years now, alway able to contact and as long as their price is comparable I will continue to do so. Online Chat today with TW9 was perfect, quick, polite and addressed all the queries and requoted me. Very Happy with the service.

BC1 very helpful (5*), but it shouldn't have to be necessary to spend an hour on a chat to get a sensible renewal quote (chat reduced initial quote by £30 to match alternative quote obtained). Why cant you just provide the best quote when sending renewal notices?
