Had a call back service from one call which saves you hanging on for ages, spoke to VH3 ( didn't catch your name sorry ) After running through my requirements had a very satisfactory outcome to my call and renewed again with one call for the 4th year.

Evenually got through to correct department this part of the journey was rubbish but once Debbie DJ2 was involved all was resolved take my advise employ someone over 55 to trial the website trials staff were fine wabsite rubbish interface when things go wrong
